Submit an asset for preliminary recovery review.

Provide the information available today. A submission creates an internal Asset Reviva case for preliminary screening; it does not publish the asset or create a transaction mandate.

Review methodology

What happens after submission.

1 · Case created

The intake system assigns an internal reference such as AR-002 and records the case as New.

2 · Preliminary screening

Asset Reviva reviews fit, authority, available evidence and the facts that require verification.

3 · Recovery hypothesis

Where appropriate, potential recovery paths and relevant strategic counterparties are defined before market sounding.

Important submission notice.

Submission does not create a brokerage, advisory, agency or transaction mandate. Any confidentiality arrangement, authority to market, fee structure or transaction role must be documented separately. Public opportunity pages are created only when disclosure is appropriate and authorized.
